I congratulate the Federal Road Safety Corps on this visionary initiative\u2014the launch of the Safe Wheel Nigeria Magazine.<\/div>\n
You will agree with me that when we speak of a nation\u2019s security and prosperity, our focus must extend beyond traditional boundaries.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The security of our citizens on the highways is a fundamental aspect of human security. Every life lost to a road traffic crash is not just a statistic; it is a profound loss to a family, a community, and our nation\u2019s human capital.<\/div>\n
The Federal Road Safety Corps has, been at the forefront of this critical national mission. For decades, your work in regulation, education, and emergency response has directly saved lives, preserved families, and protected our economic assets.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

A safe road network is indispensable for intra-African trade, tourism, and regional integration\u2014goals at the very heart of our foreign policy and the African Continental Free Trade Area agreement.<\/div>\n
This launch today resonates beyond our domestic agenda. Road safety is a universal concern and a key pillar of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. As a member of the global community, Nigeria actively participates in international fora dedicated to improving transport safety and sustainable mobility.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Through our diplomatic missions, we engage in knowledge sharing and seek international partnerships to enhance our capacities in this sector. The Safe Wheel Nigeria magazine, therefore, presents a powerful new tool.
