The Nigerian delegation was led by the Director, Regions, Ambassador Janet Olisa, OON, while the Swiss delegation was led by Director for Africa, Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (Swiss Foreign Ministry), Ambassador Philipp Stalder.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Nigeria and Switzerland signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 8th March, 2016, regarding the establishment of an annual process of Nigeria-Switzerland Bilateral Consultations at the diplomatic level, as a useful mechanism to strengthen relations between the two countries. Since then, the platform has become a viable medium for increased engagements and collaboration on bilateral and multilateral issues of mutual interest between the two friendly countries.
