Gen. Oscar Nyoni with Gen. James Hecker, the Commander of the United States Air Forces in Europe-Air Forces Africa (USAFE &#8211; AFAFRICA) as the co-host. It focused on the importance of collective action, exchange of knowledge of strengthening of military aviation across the Continent.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">AM Abubakar is the current Chairman of the Association of African Air Forces (AAAF) and in custody of the Association\u2019s flag, which was handed over to him at the closing ceremony of the event by his predecessor, Lt. Gen. Oscar Nyoni. In this regard, Nigeria will be hosting the 15th African Air Chiefs Symposium in Abuja in 2026.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">Subsequently, the Chief of Air Staff AM H. B. Abubakar visited the High Commission of Nigeria in Lusaka, in the company of the Defence Attache, Commodore B. I. Yahuza and his Deputy, Abioye resident in Luanda, Angola with Concurrent Accreditation to Zambia and Namibia.
