Tuggar (OON) was Chief Host at the Annual Lecture\/Conference of the Association of Foreign Relations Professionals of Nigeria (AFRPN) held in the Rotunda, MFA on Tuesday, 26th March, 2024.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">The AFRPN comprises of retired and serving Nigerian Diplomats as well as other stakeholders seized with the business of foreign relations. The President of the Association is Amb. Gani Lawal, PhD.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"x11i5rnm xat24cr x1mh8g0r x1vvkbs xtlvy1s x126k92a\">\n<div dir=\"auto\">The 2024 Annual Lecture titled, \u201cUnconstitutional Change of Government and attainment of AU63 Agenda and UN SDGs &#8211; The case of West Africa and the Sahel Sub-region\u201d was delivered by the Deputy Secretary General (DSG) of the United Nations, H.E Hajiya Amina J.
