Cui Jianchun, and the Consul General of China in Lagos Ms. Yan Yuqing. Present at the meeting on the Ministry\u2019s side was the Director Office of the Honourable Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Samson Itegboje and the Director (European Affairs), Regions Dept.
