Other participants, included the DG (IPCR) &#8211; Dr. Bakut T. Bakut, the Vice Minister of IDCPC- H.E. Shen Beili, Nigerian Amb. to China &#8211; H.E. Baba A. Jidda, Chinese Ambassador to Nigeria H.E. Mr. Cui Jian Chun, and the DOOPS MFA &#8211; Amb. Janet Olisa, among other dignitaries.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>H.E.
