National Security Adviser (NSA), Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, hosted a high-level U.S. delegation led by Allison Hooker, Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs.

Nigeria’s resolve and commitment to defeating terrorism, insurgency and banditry as well as strengthening national security through deeper collaboration with the United States was once again reaffirmed as the National Security Adviser (NSA), Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, hosted a high-level U.S. delegation led by Allison Hooker, Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs, for a strategic security parley at the National Counterterrorism Centre, Abuja, Nigeria.
The meeting by attended by Nigeria’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ministers for Defence, Interior, Service Chiefs and Heads of the Intelligence Community, notably CDS, COAS, CAS, CDI, CNS, IGP, DG-DSS, DG NIA, and the AGF was centered around strengthening the fight against terrorism and insurgency, protecting vulnerable communities, and deepening intelligence cooperation between Nigeria and the United States of America.
