The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Dunoma Umar Ahmed, PhD, met with his Rwandan counterpart, Ambassador Fidelis Mironko, on Thursday 25th February 2026, in Kigali.
Discussions during the meeting were centered on deepening Nigeria-Rwanda bilateral cooperation across key areas of mutual interest.
