The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Amb. Dunoma Umar Ahmed, PhD received in farewell audience, the outgoing High Commissioner of Rwanda to Nigeria, H.E. Christophe Bazivamo on Thursday 6th November, 2025. The Permanent Secretary congratulated the outgoing High Commissioner on a successful tour of duty in Nigeria and wished him the very best in his future endeavors.
