The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Dunoma Umar Ahmed PhD, received in audience the Commander of the Combined Maritime Joint Task Force of the Gulf of Guinea, Commodore M.S. Shettima on Wednesday, 30th July 2025. The Commander presented the progress of the operationalisation of the force and the meeting discussed the role of the Ministry in furtherance of the Mission and mandate of the Joint Task Force.
