The Honourable Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf Maitama Tuggar received in audience the Deputy Chairperson of the African Union Commission, Ambassador Selma Malika Haddadi.
The conversation focused on aligning Nigeria’s strategic priorities with the AU’s Agenda 2063, particularly around regional integration, peacebuilding, and inclusive development.
The meeting reaffirmed the joint commitment to building a stronger, more united Africa, anchored on shared prosperity and sustained collaboration between Member States and the African Union.
