The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Dunoma Umar Ahmed, PhD, officially closed the 3rd Finance Attachés Annual Training and Conference, held in Kigali, from 23rd –26th February 2026.
The four-day capacity-building programme for Finance Attachés of Nigerian Diplomatic Missions was centred on the Rendition of Statutory Returns and Measures in Averting Audit Queries.
