The Hon. Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama, represented His Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR, at the Extraordinary Summit of the ECOWAS Authority of Heads of State and Government, in the margins of the 36th Ordinary Session of the Assembly of the AU on 18th February, 2023.
He was accompanied by Nigeria’s Ambassador to Ethiopia and Permanent Representative to the AU, Amb. Victor A. Adeleke, Ambassador M.S Nuhu, Permanent Representative of Nigeria to ECOWAS and some other senior government officials.
