The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Amb. Adamu Ibrahim Lamuwa participated at the graduation ceremony for Course 25th Participants of the Foreign Service Academy (FSA) held in the Rotunda of the Ministry today, 8th June, 2023.
The Foreign Service Academy is MFA’s foremost Institution of learning responsible for providing training and capacity building for Nigeria’s young and upcoming diplomats.
Having successfully completed their course of study, a total number of 118 Course participants were each presented with a Certificate of Attendance. Various merit awards were given to those who distinguished themselves in conduct and learning.
The Special Guest of Honour, HoCSF was ably represented by the Permanent Secretary (Career Management Office) Dr. Marcus Olaniyi Ogunbiyi. Other dignitaries included the DG (IPCR), DG (DTAC) and representatives of DG (NIA), DG ( Public Service Institute), Chairman/CEO (NiDCOM), Chairman (FCSC) as well as the former PS, MFA, Amb. Martin Uhomoibhi among other dignitaries.
