The Honourable Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf M. Tuggar (OON) was Chief Host at the Annual Lecture/Conference of the Association of Foreign Relations Professionals of Nigeria (AFRPN) held in the Rotunda, MFA on Tuesday, 26th March, 2024.
The AFRPN comprises of retired and serving Nigerian Diplomats as well as other stakeholders seized with the business of foreign relations. The President of the Association is Amb. Gani Lawal, PhD.
The 2024 Annual Lecture titled, “Unconstitutional Change of Government and attainment of AU63 Agenda and UN SDGs – The case of West Africa and the Sahel Sub-region” was delivered by the Deputy Secretary General (DSG) of the United Nations, H.E Hajiya Amina J. Mohammed GCON
The event was attended by prominent dignitaries, including Members of the Diplomatic Corps.
