The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Adamu Ibrahim Lamuwa received the courtesy visit of H.E. Gerardo Penalver, Permanent Representative of Cuba to the United Nations today, 31st May, 2023.
He was accompanied to the Ministry by the CDA a.i. of Cuban Embassy, Abuja. Also present was H.E. Ben Okoyen. Nigeria’s Ambassador to Cuba.
