The Hon. Minister of State, signed on behalf of the Government of Nigeria, an MoU on the 2023 Hajj operations with the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. The Minister of Hajj and Umrah, H.E. Taofiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah signed for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
