The Honourable Minister of Foreign Affairs, His Excellency Yusuf M. Tuggar (OON) received a high-level EU Delegation led by Mrs. Yamina Guerfi, Chair of Africa Working Group (COAFR) of the Council of the European Union today, 27th February, 2024.
COAFR is responsible for the management of EU’s foreign policy towards sub-Saharan Africa among others. This year’s visit to various Nigerian stakeholders is aimed at strengthening Nigeria-EU relations by taking stock of progress made and forging a way forward for the partnership.
The Delegation was accompanied to the Ministry by Ambassador Samuela Isopi, Head of EU Delegation to Nigeria.
